At that time, we recognised that some training and development organisations were delivering, at best, reasonable programmes at an extraordinary cost. We decided to do better.

Adapt Training & Development is based at The Shoebarn in rural Northamptonshire. We'll come and see you at work or you would be very welcome to visit us (and you might sometimes meet the office dog)!

The Adapt process will normally involve a diagnostic phase, though this can vary from a single conference call to a week long investigation. At this stage we'd be getting to the heart of what you were trying to achieve, the issues you face, the things that keep you awake at night and how you would measure success. This is followed by the design phase in partnership with you, then delivery and evaluation. You need to be sure there has been a return on investment.
