Actors for role-play:

Let's assume we're all familiar with using the skills of actors in a role-play situation. 

We felt that there was more to be gained from this medium than we'd seen before.  So we went into partnership with a group of actors who were committed to 'the light bulb moment' when delegates see the relevance of the role-play to their real lives.

We now regularly work with a team of actors who bring a great deal extra to a programme:

  • They are briefed about the specific industry we're working in and the company, having signed confidentiality agreements
  • They are updated about current issues and projects which may affect delegates' behaviours
  • They are equipped with high level skills of coaching and feedback techniques
  • They understand the importance of getting the support/challenge balance right - in a way that is impossible in peer role-play
  • They are reliable!
  • They provide additional input on a programme if required, bringing creativity and flair
