  • Provide an Assessment Centre for 68 staff (from application)
  • Support the 360 feedback process for all candidates
  • Select 30 candidates for a development programme
  • Design & Deliver development programme for top 30
  • Provide evaluation up to Kirkpatrick level 4
  • Co-ordinate guest speaker and facilitation at Launch event
  • Ongoing Client support and liaison

  • Outcome:

  • 30 top managers completed development programme
  • 2 delegates already promoted (to date)
  • Collaboration ongoing through bespoke web portal
  • Participants quoted the programme as being challenging, but the most rewarding development they’d ever received.
  • The collaboration between different managers from diverse organisations has exceeded far beyond the programme
  • Managers are sharing best practise and supporting each other with internal projects.
