Aim

Our client’s leadership team was pulling the shutters down on change and were reluctant to accept necessary re-structuring plans. Our role was to engage the leaders with the skills and attitudes that would support the major change initiatives they were about to embark upon.

Solution

  • Designed and delivered a leadership development programme.
  • Engaged key stakeholders to establish business needs
  • Carried out a gap analysis diagnostics (knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviours)
  • Communicated and delivered pre and post evaluation through 360 feedback tool

Outcome

This is an ongoing programme. The results so far show success in improving the sharing of ideas between leaders, communication and the management of performance. Participants also report an improvement in their ability to meet corporate objectives.
